At Sugggest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy applies to all paid services offered through our platform, including promoted listings, featured placements, and premium subscriptions.

1. Promoted Listings & Featured Placements

If you purchase a promoted listing or featured placement and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same product listing

Refunds for promoted listings will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the promotion period.

2. Subscription Services

For recurring subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds for the current billing period may be requested within 7 days of the most recent charge
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the 7-day window

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and consumed
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago (for one-time purchases)
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
