What is 2048+?
2048+ is an open source, free variant of the wildly popular 2048 puzzle game created by Gabriele Cirulli. The original 2048 game is played on a 4x4 grid where players slide numbered tiles around to combine them and reach the 2048 tile.
2048+ builds on the original by allowing for bigger game boards up to 8x8, adding an undo button allowing players to undo previous moves, randomly colored numbered tiles, tile backgrounds, and multiple themes including Traditional, Dark, Sweet, Modern and Retro. An AI bot is also available to observe how the game can be solved.
With support for larger grids, more customization options and the ability to undo mistakes, 2048+ offers a more challenging, engaging and customizable take on the viral 2048 formula. The open source code allows contributors to build new features on top of the existing game as well.
