While Airtable looks sleek and is easy to start with, it quickly becomes a bottleneck for serious projects. The pricing model is punishing for teams, and performance lags significantly with larger datasets. I've also found that complex automations and linked records often break or behave unpredictably, forcing us to export and manage data elsewhere.
