Our team spent months implementing Amazon Q hoping it would help new hires get up to speed faster. Instead, we constantly get generic answers that don't actually solve our specific internal problems. It's become a running joke that we get better results just asking in our team chat. For the high price, the return on investment has been virtually zero.
