As a paralegal who handles large document sets, I found Case Crafter's 'intuitive' interface anything but. Uploading a batch of PDFs was painfully slow, and the search function often missed key terms I knew were present. During a critical hearing, the Timeline Presenter crashed while loading a video file, forcing me to scramble and present from static printouts. For the price, it feels like a half-baked product that can't handle real case pressure.

The concept of Case Crafter is fantastic, but the execution is riddled with bugs that make it unusable for high-stakes work. The document uploader frequently freezes with large PDFs, and the timeline builder crashed twice during a critical pre-trial prep session, losing hours of work. While the features look good on paper, the instability and sluggish performance make it a liability in a courtroom environment. For the price, I expected a much more polished and reliable product.
