Great for basics, but feels dated and clunky
I've used Challonge for years to run small esports tournaments for my friend group. It's reliable for creating and managing simple brackets, and the Twitch integration is a nice touch. However, the interface feels outdated, and some features, like advanced reporting, are either missing or require workarounds. Customer support is slow to respond when issues arise.
