Cosmos - Infinite Space is a space simulation, real-time strategy and adventure video game developed and published by ACE Team. Players explore a virtually infinite procedurally generated universe, searching for rare artifacts and encountering strange alien lifeforms.

In the game, you take control of the Captain of a spaceship, managing your crew and resources as you traverse the stars. You will discover planets and solar systems, each with their own landscapes, climates and mysteries to uncover. Your objective is to build an empire by colonizing worlds, forging alliances with alien species, and unearthing technological artifacts to research new ship components andColonizing worlds allows you to extract their resources in order to upgrade your fleets and expand your influence. Diplomacy will be key when dealing with the variety of alien civilizations, some friendly, others hostile.

Progress in the game is non-linear and completely up to the player to decide. You can focus strictly on exploration, contact as many aliens as possible, or conquer the galaxy through military might.
