As a Dungeon Master for a weekly online D&D campaign, DiceCloud has been an absolute game-changer for my group. Its robust features allow my players to manage every aspect of their characters seamlessly, from inventory to complex spell slots. The automatic calculations for ability scores and skills are a massive time-saver and eliminate rules-lawyering. My players love the visual character sheet layout, and being able to share characters with a link makes session prep a breeze. It's become an indispensable tool for our sessions and has streamlined our games significantly.

DiceCloud is incredibly powerful and the customisation is a D&D power-user’s dream. I can track resources, homebrew items, and complex multiclass builds that other digital sheets can't handle. However, the learning curve is incredibly steep. New users will be utterly lost, and it lacks the polished, intuitive flow of some competitors. The UI is dense, with a lot of pop-out windows and nested menus. It’s tremendously powerful, but you will need to invest significant time to master it. The online-only nature is a double-edged sword: great for syncing, but a problem without internet. It's a fantastic tool for a specific kind of player, but not for a casual group seeking a simple digital character sheet.
