The web interface is clunky and slow, making simple file management a chore, and the auditing tools feel underdeveloped for serious institutional needs. For the cost, the lack of responsive customer support when encountering sync errors leaves us questioning its reliability for critical collections.

DuraCloud is solid for long-term storage and replication across sites, which is exactly what our archives needed. The web interface is straightforward, but some tasks like bulk metadata editing feel clunky. While the auditing tools are comprehensive, I wish there were more automation options for routine checks. The value is there for institutions, but the learning curve for advanced features is steeper than expected.
