The concept of eBinderFM is great, but the reality is a frustrating experience. The promised automated categorization is slow and frequently mislabels documents, forcing constant manual correction. The search function is robust, but the interface is slow and clunky, especially with larger document libraries. For the price, I expected a much more polished and stable product. It feels like a beta test, not a finished product, and the customer support was unhelpful with my specific technical issues.
