As a student working on group projects, Google Docs has been a lifesaver. While the collaboration features are impressive, I've had constant issues when working offline or with larger documents. The interface becomes painfully slow, and I've lost formatting several times after reconnecting to the internet. For serious writing or complex projects, I've had to switch back to desktop software because it just isn't reliable enough.
