While I've never needed serious support, the documentation and community forums have answered every question I've had. It's become my go-to for personal and small project hosting.

Hetzner Cloud is simple to get started with—creating and managing VMs, volumes, firewalls, and floating IPs is quick and intuitive. Their API and CLI tools make automation and scaling really smooth. I also appreciate the no-nonsense approach: predictable billing, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary upselling.
The only downsides are relatively basic managed services (like databases or object storage), limited data center locations, and occasional delays in customer support response times. But for infrastructure-focused users who prefer full control, Hetzner is a powerhouse.
