We tried HuggingChat for our small business customer support, hoping the no-code interface would make things simple. Instead, we spent more time fighting the system than using it. The conversations would often lose context mid-chat, leaving customers confused, and the bot frequently gave nonsensical or irrelevant responses that we had to manually override. It felt like we were paying to beta-test an unstable product, not deploy a reliable solution.
