The customizable workflows and powerful issue tracking let us adapt the tool perfectly to our Agile sprints, and the reporting dashboards give us unparalleled visibility into progress and bottlenecks. While it took some time to configure and for the team to get fully comfortable, the efficiency gains in collaboration and project transparency have been immense.
