What is Jurassic Park Builder?
Jurassic Park Builder is a mobile game developed by Ludia in 2012. Players take on the role of a founder of a new Jurassic Park which they must design, build, and manage.
In the game, players can collect over 100 different dinosaur species by excavating their fossils from dig sites. The dinosaurs can be housed in enclosures and exhibits that the player builds using resources earned over time. As the park develops, new buildings like restaurants, hotels and amenities become available to construct as well.
A core gameplay loop involves balancing the needs of the individual dinosaur species, keeping them healthy, happy and ensuring they don't break out. Players also attract visitors to their park by making impressive exhibits. More visitors earn more resources over time which allows further expansion.
Jurassic Park Builder features lush graphics and both day and night cycles. While primarily a single player experience, there are some social features allowing players to visit each others' parks.
