Great for reading, frustrating for writing
Medium's clean interface makes discovering interesting articles a pleasure, and the recommendation algorithm often surfaces quality content. However, as a writer, I find the editor too restrictive with limited formatting options, and the Partner Program feels opaque about earnings. The membership model creates a two-tier system where some great articles are hidden behind paywalls.
