What is Misfit Model 3D?

Misfit Model 3D is a free and open-source 3D computer graphics software toolset for Microsoft Windows for the purpose of creating 3D models. It is developed by Amperka LLC.

The software features tools for creating and editing polygonal models as well as 2D vector graphics. In addition to traditional modeling tools (extrude, cut, connect, spin, separate etc.) and boolean operations, the software supports both plugin architecture and scripting that allows one to automate and perform batch operations on sets of models. The Misfit Model 3D is able to import and export models and images in STL, OBJ, 3DS, LWO, LWS, DXF, SVG, PNG, JPG and BMP file formats.
