It's particularly useful for the marketing and development teams to stay aligned. While it can take a bit of learning for new users, the automation and integration options make it a powerhouse. It's become the single hub for our team collaboration, replacing a messy mix of spreadsheets and emails. The ability to create custom dashboards for different team needs is a huge plus. The only downside is the pricing can escalate with the number of users, but for the value it provides, I find it a worthwhile investment.
