What is Rate My Meeting?
Rate My Meeting is a software designed to collect structured feedback on meetings in order to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. It is accessed via a web browser by meeting organizers and attendees.
The meeting organizer creates a new feedback form using Rate My Meeting's form builder. The form consists of rating questions and free response questions to gauge satisfaction and collect suggestions. Common topics include the meeting's organization, pacing, engagement level, decision-making, and achievement of outcomes.
The form link is shared with attendees, who can submit anonymous responses during or after the meeting. The submitted ratings and comments are aggregated into a report visible only to the meeting organizer. The report shows overall scores for each rating question as well as all written feedback.
By analyzing the feedback reports over successive meetings, organizers can track trends and metrics. For example, consistently low scores for engagement may prompt changes to discussion formats.
