Frustrating Discovery Experience With Outdated Information
I was excited to use SaaSHub to find a new project management tool for my team, but the experience was disappointing. Many of the listings had outdated pricing information, and several of the 'verified' reviews appeared to be generic or recycled from other sites. The comparison feature was clunky and didn't allow for side-by-side analysis of more than two tools at once, which defeated the purpose of using a dedicated marketplace. Ultimately, I found more current and detailed information by searching directly on software vendors' websites and industry forums.
