What is Save the Cave?

Save the Cave is a cave exploration and management simulation game. Players take on the role of a cave owner who has inherited a largely unexplored cave system and must work to develop it into a successful tourist attraction.

As the cave owner, players must make decisions about where to direct visitor traffic, how much artificial lighting to install, dealing with vandalism and litter, and preserving the natural integrity of caverns. Education and cave conservation are core themes throughout the game.
