What is Show My Colors?

Show My Colors is an assessment tool used for personality identification, personal development, and team building. It categorizes people into four color personalities - blue, green, gold, and orange - based on their behavioral preferences.

Blues are cautious, precise thinkers who love data and detail. They ask a lot of questions and want to fully understand processes before moving forward. Greens are calm, patient listeners who avoid risk and change. They prefer stability and support and consensus when making decisions. Golds are responsibility-takers who thrive on leadership roles. They are driven and optimistic go-getters. Oranges are direct, impact-oriented people who don't like details or long discussions. They make quick decisions and want short-term results.
