It's simply become indispensable for our daily workflow.

However, the desktop app can be a real memory hog, sometimes slowing down my entire system, and I find myself missing notifications a bit too often due to the sheer volume in busy channels. The free plan's message limit can also be frustrating for referencing old conversations.
