Apr 21, 2026Looks Clean, But Under the Surface it's a Mess
Don't be fooled by the simple interface. Sound Show constantly crashed when I tried to edit files larger than a few minutes. The 'basic' effects are a joke, with horrible audio quality and no real-time preview. For a free tool, I'd expect better stability, but this was a waste of time to even install.

Apr 19, 2026Perfect for Quick Audio Tasks
Sound Show is exactly what I needed for my podcast editing. The interface is super clean and intuitive, making trimming my recordings and converting them to MP3 a breeze. The built-in effects like reverb are basic but surprisingly decent for a free tool. It's become my go-to for quick audio touch-ups without any bloat.

Apr 17, 2026Simple but with Some Snags
Sound Show's clean interface makes it easy to jump in and trim audio files, which I appreciate for quick edits. However, the basic effects feel limited and the software occasionally freezes when converting larger files, which is frustrating. It's decent for free, but I wouldn't rely on it for anything beyond very simple tasks.

Apr 14, 2026Perfect for Quick Audio Tasks
Sound Show is exactly what I needed for my podcast editing workflow. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to trim out silences and convert my files to MP3 without any fuss. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a professional suite, but for basic editing and quick recordings, it's incredibly reliable and gets the job done fast.

Apr 10, 2026Buggy and Unreliable for Basic Tasks
Sound Show constantly crashed whenever I tried to edit a file longer than a few minutes. The simple trimming function often created corrupted output files, and the format conversion was hit-or-miss. For a tool described as 'simple,' it was frustratingly unreliable.

Apr 04, 2026Good for quick edits, limited by bugs
Sound Show's clean interface makes simple tasks like trimming MP3s easy and quick, which is perfect for my occasional podcast edits. However, I've encountered frustrating crashes when trying to add multiple effects, and the file format conversion failed on a couple of my WAV files. For the price, it's okay for very basic use, but I wouldn't rely on it for anything important.
