When it finally did complete a scan, it was frustratingly inconsistent about what it tagged as a 'duplicate.' It grouped some photos that were clearly different but flagged others that were clearly identical as unique. The user interface feels outdated and not very intuitive, making it hard to navigate the results and be confident in what you're about to delete. The previews are tiny and the selection tools are clunky. For the price, it simply doesn't deliver. I've uninstalled it and am looking for a better, more reliable option. A complete waste of money and a huge time-sink.
