The lossless audio genuinely sounds amazing, but everything else feels like a chore. The app constantly buffers on my strong home Wi-Fi, the interface is clunky compared to competitors, and exclusive content amounts to a handful of delayed releases that eventually appear elsewhere. At twice the price of other services, the premium audio isn't worth the constant technical headaches and missing features.
