The audio quality is undeniably incredible, especially on a good set of headphones or speakers. The library is massive and I love supporting artists directly through the higher royalty payouts TIDAL offers. The app, however, can be clunky and slow to navigate at times, especially on my older tablet. The curated playlists are great, but I just can't justify the higher cost compared to other services for the audio quality alone, especially when the mobile app performance can be inconsistent. It's a fantastic service for audiophiles, but not a smooth experience for everyone.
