I needed to recover some accidentally deleted photos, and Ultimate Extract and Recover seemed promising. The deep scan took over 6 hours and then only recovered a fraction of my files, most of them were corrupted or unopenable. The interface is clunky, and for the price, I expected much better performance and reliability.

Ultimate Extract and Recover did ultimately find and restore most of my deleted photos after a deep scan, which is a huge relief. However, the interface is clunky and confusing, and the initial quick scan was completely useless, finding nothing. The deep scan took over 10 hours, and at $60, it feels expensive for such an unpolished tool.
