What is Villagers & Heroes?

Villagers & Heroes is a free-to-play 3D fantasy MMORPG developed and published by Mad Otter Games. Released originally in 2010, the game puts an emphasis on community, roleplaying, crafting, building, and exploration.

Players start by creating a character from one of four available races - humans, elves, ferran (cat-people), or the frog-like gleamites. Each race has their own unique abilities, backgrounds, and starting locations. The game world is expansive, populated by various NPC settlements, dungeons, and dangerous wilds to explore.

Unlike many MMORPGs, Villagers & Heroes does not have set classes or jobs. Instead, players are free to learn any of the available skills and customize their character over time.
