What is Battlejungle?
Battlejungle is a free-to-play, browser-based multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game developed and published by Ojojojo Games. Inspired by popular MOBAs like League of Legends and Dota 2, Battlejungle aims to provide a more accessible and casual experience while retaining the core strategic gameplay.
In Battlejungle, two teams of up to five players compete to destroy the opponent's base, which is heavily guarded by defensive structures called turrets. Each player controls a character, called a Champion, selected from a large roster that is continually expanding. These Champions have their own unique abilities, playstyles, and roles within the team composition.
Over the course of a 20-30 minute match, players earn gold and experience to power up their Champions by purchasing items and upgrading abilities. This pushes the momentum of battle back and forth as teams leverage their growing strength to siege turrets, capture territory, and ultimately overwhelm the enemy. Teamwork, skillful play, and strategic decision making are all crucial to achieve victory.
As a browser-based title built with accessibility in mind, Battlejungle has more relaxed mechanics and matches compared to other hardcore MOBAs. It serves as a great introduction to the genre for new players while still offering enough depth for veterans.
