The virtual machines were often slow, laggy, and would frequently disconnect in the middle of a testing session. Their marketing suggests seamless, real-device testing, but the reality was a slow, buggy interface that often made testing more of a chore than a streamlined process. For the high price point, I expected a much more polished and reliable service.
