Cyberpunk 2077: Open-World Action-Adventure Game

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure video game developed and published by CD Projekt. It is set in Night City, an open world with six distinct regions, in a cyberpunk future. The player takes the first-person perspective of a customizable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat.

What is Cyberpunk 2077?

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.

Cyberpunk 2077 lets you create a custom character and play as a male or female protagonist. You get to choose a backstory and make decisions about V's personality by picking one of three lifepaths: Nomad, Street Kid, or Corpo. These change how characters interact with V and offers unique dialogue options to better suit the path you select.

As an open-world, action-adventure story, players will explore six distinct regions making up Night City including the neon-bathed downtown district of Watson and the rusted industrial areas of Heywood. Side quests allow you to interact with gangs and corporations to earn cash and gear or challenge elite opponents in cyberpsychosis events.
