May 19, 2026A Lifesaver for Organized D&D Players
As a DM with multiple campaigns, DiceCloud has been incredible for keeping my players' sheets accurate and accessible. The automation for features like spell slots and inventory weight saves so much mid-session math. Being able to share a link to my character sheet is also perfect for my group, which plays online.

May 16, 2026Promising but Fundamentally Flawed
While the idea of a free, web-based character sheet with collaborative features is excellent, DiceCloud's execution makes it frustrating to use for actual gameplay. The interface is unintuitive and clunky, requiring constant cross-referencing of guides just to perform basic character creation. It feels more like a database management tool than a character sheet, and critical features often break or fail to calculate correctly, leaving you to manually fix your stats.

May 15, 2026A Lifesaver for My D&D Campaigns
DiceCloud has completely streamlined our group's D&D sessions. The ability to automatically calculate modifiers and manage complex inventories saves us so much time. Sharing character sheets with the DM is seamless, and the customization options are surprisingly deep for a free tool.

May 14, 2026Promising Concept, Frustrating Execution
While I appreciate the idea of a free online character sheet, DiceCloud is incredibly unintuitive. The interface is cluttered and confusing, making simple tasks like adding a new spell feel like a chore. On top of that, pages often load slowly or fail to save changes, forcing me to re-enter data. For a tool meant to simplify game prep, it creates more headaches than it solves.

May 09, 2026Great Concept, Frustrating Execution
As a DM who needs to manage multiple NPCs, DiceCloud's complex interface was more of a hindrance than a help. It frequently didn't save my changes properly, leading to lost character data. The visual customization options are minimal, and sharing characters often failed, forcing me to export and send screenshots.

May 09, 2026Powerful but Painfully Complex
DiceCloud is incredibly feature-rich and free, which makes it fantastic value. However, the learning curve is extremely steep β adding simple items or homebrew content feels like programming rather than playing. It's powerful for experienced users who need deep customization, but casual players will likely find it frustrating and time-consuming.

May 08, 2026A D&D Player's Dream Digital Sheet
DiceCloud has completely streamlined our D&D sessions. Being able to access and update my character from any device is a game-changer, and the ability to share characters with my DM makes tracking everything seamless. The customization options are fantastic, letting me build exactly the character I envision.

May 08, 2026A promising idea marred by constant bugs and poor UX
Conceptually, DiceCloud is fantastic, offering deep customization for D&D 5e characters. However, in practice, it's incredibly buggyβfeatures often donβt save properly, calculations are frequently incorrect, and the interface is clunky and unintuitive. The learning curve is steep, and even after investing hours, I found it less reliable than a simple PDF sheet.

DiceCloud has completely streamlined our D&D sessions. The ability to automate calculations and share character sheets instantly is fantastic. The learning curve is a bit steep, but once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly powerful.

May 03, 2026A Lifesaver for Digital D&D Players
DiceCloud has completely streamlined my D&D prep and gameplay. It's incredibly flexible for building complex characters, and the ability to share sheets with my party makes managing inventory and resources a breeze. The UI has a learning curve but is very powerful once you get the hang of it.
