What is Google Allo?

Google Allo is a messaging and chat app developed by Google, launched in September 2016. Some of the key features of Allo include:

  • Integration with Google Assistant - You can have conversations with the Google Assistant bot in Allo to get information, recommendations, or complete tasks.
  • Smart Reply - Allo suggests quick responses in chats based on the context using machine learning.
  • Sticker Suggestions - The app suggests stickers and emojis relevant to the conversation using AI.
  • Incognito Mode - End-to-end encryption for messages in Incognito chats to improve privacy.
  • Desktop Support - Allo also has a web client that allows you to use it on desktops and laptops.
