As a website owner, Google Analytics is absolutely indispensable. The wealth of data on my audience, from traffic sources and user behavior to real-time traffic, is simply unmatched, especially for a free tool. While it can take some time to get comfortable with the interface and find the specific reports you need, the depth of data you get is second to none for measuring and understanding website performance. There's a reason it's the industry standard.

As a small business owner, I find Google Analytics overwhelming and difficult to use.
