Monday.com is fantastic for visualizing complex projects and keeping the whole team on the same page. The automations and integrations are incredibly powerful once you get them set up. However, the sheer number of features and customization options makes it feel bloated and the learning curve is steep, which frustrates some of my less tech-savvy team members. I also find the pricing model gets expensive very quickly as you add seats and need more advanced features.
