What is NetXMS?

NetXMS is an open source network monitoring and management platform designed for networks of any size. It provides a wide range of features including:

  • Auto-discovery of network devices such as switches, routers, servers, etc.
  • In-depth performance monitoring metrics collection via SNMP, WMI, SSH and other protocols
  • Customizable dashboards for visualize monitoring data and status

NetXMS runs on Linux, Windows and macOS platforms. NetXMS aims for flexibility and scalability. Its event-driven architecture makes it lightweight and efficient for small environments while also capable of handling very large networks with diverse infrastructures.
