What is SmileySidebar?

SmileySidebar is a browser extension available for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge that provides quick access to smiley emojis while browsing the web. It adds a clean, simple sidebar with a scrollable selection of color and black-and-white emojis including smiles, laughter, hearts, celebration, sadness, and more.

Once installed, the SmileySidebar activates automatically when a user navigates to any web page. A toggle button allows expanding or collapsing the sidebar as needed. Users can then click on any emoji to instantly insert it into a text field on that web page, whether writing an email, document, message board post, etc.

The SmileySidebar stays discretely off to the side in a vertical orientation without disrupting the main horizontal content. Its minimalist design keeps visual clutter to a minimum. An options page allows adjusting the sidebar location, size, fonts, colors, and other settings.
