What is SSuite Blue Velvet?

SSuite Blue Velvet is a free and open source office and productivity software suite for Windows. It provides a range of tools for documents, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases, email, calendar, contacts, and more.

For word processing, it includes Blue Velvet Writer which has similar capabilities to Microsoft Word. Features include text formatting, spell check, tables, images, charts, and more. It supports DOC, DOCX, and other standard formats.

For spreadsheets, it includes Blue Velvet Sheet which has similar functions to Excel. It features calculations, formatting, filtering, pivot tables, import/export of XLS/XLSX files, and VBA macro support.

Presentations can be created with Blue Velvet Presenter which allows slide transitions, animations, drawing tools, presentations modes, and PPT/PPTX support.
