Star Citizen is an upcoming multiplayer space trading and combat video game being developed by Cloud Imperium Games and its founder Chris Roberts. It will be available for Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms.
In Star Citizen, players take on the role of citizens in the Star Citizen universe. They can take on missions, engage in ship combat against other players or AI enemies, explore planets and space stations, trade items and resources, and buy enhanced spacecraft or upgrades using money earned from completing missions.
