Stray is an adventure cat simulator video game developed by the French studio BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive. It was released in July 2022 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and will be released at a later date for Nintendo Switch.

In Stray, players control an orange tabby cat who has accidentally fallen into a walled cybercity inhabited by advanced humanoid robots and dangerous creatures. You must make your way out of this unwelcoming place while unravelling its mysteries. Gameplay mostly consists of environmental traversal, puzzle solving, and interaction with the strange inhabitants to progress the story.

With no tutorial or overt storytelling, Stray aims to immerse players in its richly detailed world and evoke a sense of curiosity, exploration and discovery as they guide the cat through the unfamiliar urban landscapes.
