What is The Legend of Edgar?

The Legend of Edgar is an indie 2D platformer video game developed and published by the two-person studio Lamplight Studios. First announced as a Kickstarter campaign in 2013, the game was successfully funded and released in 2018 for PC, Mac, and Linux.

In The Legend of Edgar, you play as the titular character Edgar, a morphing blob who must traverse challenging environments and defeat menacing bosses. Edgar has the unique ability to shift between different states or forms, allowing him to alter his size and weight to overcome obstacles.
