The interface feels like it's from the early 2000s and is not at all intuitive. The lessons are repetitive and the error sound effects are incredibly grating, making practice sessions more annoying than productive. For a paid program, I expected a much more modern and user-friendly experience.

TypingMaster's lessons are effective and really helped me break my bad typing habits. The progress tracking is solid and the tests are useful. However, the interface and practice games feel very old-fashioned and repetitive, which made the grind to higher speeds a bit of a slog. It works, but it's not a particularly engaging experience.

I've tried a few typing tutors over the years, and TypingMaster is the one that finally made touch typing 'click' for me. The structured lessons are logical, the real-time feedback on accuracy and speed is invaluable, and the progress tracking and games kept me from getting bored. Four weeks in, my WPM has gone from a hunt-and-peck 35 to a smooth 65.

The interface is incredibly dated and clunky, making even simple navigation a chore. The drills are repetitive to the point of being mind-numbing, with no adaptive learning to skip skills you've already mastered. For a paid program, it lacks the polish and modern features you'd expect from current typing tutors.

TypingMaster's structured lessons really helped me break my bad typing habits and learn proper finger placement. However, the interface looks like it hasn't been updated in a decade, and the practice games get boring quickly. It's effective for the basics, but you'll likely outgrow it and seek more engaging practice elsewhere once you've mastered the core skills.

I've been hunting-and-pecking for years, but TypingMaster's structured lessons actually taught me proper finger placement. The real-time feedback during tests helped me break bad habits, and the games made practice feel less like a chore. My speed has doubled in just three weeks.

TypingMaster feels like software from a decade ago, not just in its visual design but in its rigid lesson structure. It forces you through every single exercise in order, even if you're already proficient in certain keys, which makes practice incredibly tedious. The games are simplistic and offer little real incentive to improve, making the whole experience feel more like a chore than a helpful tool.

I used TypingMaster to finally break my bad habit of looking at the keyboard. The structured lessons are excellent, starting with the home row and gradually adding keys. The built-in games and tests kept it from feeling like a chore, and I've genuinely doubled my typing speed and accuracy over a few weeks of steady practice.

As someone who 'hunted and pecked' for years, TypingMaster has been a game-changer. The structured lessons effectively built my muscle memory and confidence, while the tests and games made daily practice genuinely engaging. After a few weeks, my typing speed has nearly doubled, and I'm finally not looking at the keyboard.
