I've been using VS Code for over three years, transitioning from a full IDE. It's an incredible tool. The performance is snappy even with a dozen extensions and multiple large projects open. The integrated terminal, source control panel, and IntelliSense are perfectly balanced. Being able to use the same editor for Python, JavaScript, and even the occasional LaTeX document is a game-changer for my workflow. While the official documentation is good, I once had to seek help on a GitHub issue in the community forum, and the maintainers were incredibly helpful.

As a full-stack developer, Visual Studio Code has become my go-to editor for everything from JavaScript to Python. The IntelliSense and integrated Git are incredibly smooth, and the extension marketplace lets me customize it perfectly for each project. It's lightweight, fast, and completely free, which feels almost too good to be true.

Visual Studio Code has been an incredible asset to my development workflow. It’s lightweight, fast, and extremely user-friendly. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to get started right away. One of the best things about VS Code is its extensibilityβ€”there's a vast library of extensions that allow you to tailor the experience to your exact needs, whether you're working in Python, JavaScript, Rust, or anything else. Performance has been rock solid, even with multiple extensions installed. While I haven’t needed customer support much, the active community and rich documentation have more than made up for it. It’s hard to believe such a powerful tool is free!
