What is Angel's Vox?

Angel's Vox is a versatile vocal synthesizer and processor that can generate realistic singing voices from MIDI input or text, as well as apply a wide range of effects to vocals. As an open source project available for free, it provides an affordable alternative to commercial vocal synths.

As a synthesizer, Angel's Vox includes a library of vocal samples and advanced synthesis techniques to model the human voice. Users can generate vocal lines by playing notes on a MIDI keyboard or entering lyrics and notes in the app. A selection of male and female singer presets are available covering a range of genres.

The app also functions as a vocal effects processor. It comes packaged with effects like chorus, vibrato, pitch correction, harmonizer and more to enhance vocal recordings. An intuitive interface and low latency makes it suitable for live performance.

Angel's Vox is available as a standalone Windows and Linux application as well as a VST plugin that can be used in digital audio workstations like Ableton Live, FL Studio and more. The open source codebase allows developers to expand on the project and port it to new platforms.
