What is Apaxy v2?

Apaxy v2 is an open-source web browser developed by a small team of developers and privacy advocates. It is based on Chromium, but strips away all the tracking, telemetry, and unnecessary bundled features.

Out of the box, Apaxy blocks online ads, cross-site trackers, fingerprinting techniques, and cryptominers to protect the user's privacy while browsing the web. It utilizes various blocklists and techniques that are constantly updated.

In addition, Apaxy offers extensive customization options for its user interface. Users can customize the colors, backgrounds, buttons, menus, and other UI elements. There are also options for changing default fonts, enabling extra toolbars, and more.
