Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game developed by Behaviour Interactive. It pits four survivors against one killer in a deadly game of cat and mouse.

As a survivor, you must work together with your teammates to activate generators and power exit gates to try and escape. You can choose from a growing roster of survivors with unique perks that provide gameplay advantages. Survivors must be stealthy and use the environment to evade the killer.

The killer's goal is to hunt down and sacrifice all four survivors before they can escape. You can play as terrifying killers like The Trapper, The Nurse, and The Huntress - each with their own horrific backstories and special powers. Master each killer's unique abilities to hunt, chase, and take down survivors.

Core gameplay involves the survivors rushing to complete generators and make their escape while the killer tries to hunt them down, hook them, and ultimately sacrifice them to a malevolent entity. With randomly generated maps and devious killer powers, no two matches are ever the same.
