What is Duplicate Outlook Items Report?
Duplicate Outlook Items Report is a desktop application designed to find and eliminate duplicate items in Microsoft Outlook. It thoroughly scans Outlook data files (PST files) as well as Exchange mailboxes to detect duplicate emails, contacts, calendar appointments, notes and tasks.
Once the scan is complete, the tool generates a detailed duplicate items report grouped by item type. For each set of duplicates found, it shows the subject, sender/recipient, date and other relevant details side by side so you can easily identify which ones to delete. There are also filtering and search options to quickly zero in on specific duplicates.
