What is GreenValley?

GreenValley is a software application designed specifically for landscape architects, designers, and homeowners who want to plan and design sustainable, eco-friendly landscapes. It provides a suite of tools to make the process of landscape design more efficient and organized.

At the core of GreenValley is a database of over 10,000 plants, shrubs, trees, and other living elements that can be incorporated into landscape designs. Each plant entry includes details like watering needs, sun exposure preferences, mature sizes, photos, and more. Users can filter the database by characteristics like drought-tolerance, location, color, size, etc to find the perfect plants for their landscape vision.

GreenValley provides 2D design and drafting tools to sketch out the hardscapes and arrangements of a landscape. Users can incorporate plants from the database to experiment with various layouts. Once the 2D design is complete, GreenValley generates a realistic 3D rendering and walkthrough animation of the landscape with textures, lighting, and shadows for an immersive visualization.

Also included are tools to plan efficient irrigation systems, calculate grading and drainage requirements, estimate costs and materials, and generate spec sheets and documentation for contractors and clients.
