It can accurately detect note pitch, onset/duration as well as subtle playing techniques like sustain, staccato and grace notes when played on a real piano.

After uploading a piano recording, Piano Scribe gets to work analyzing the audio and detecting the notes played. The software displays real-time transcription results, with the detected notes and chords plotted onto a digital staff.
